BASEL, SWITZERLAND: Tessa Testicle, a contestant from Basel, Switzerland, on 'RuPaul’s Drag Race: Global All Stars' has gained fame for her stunning stunt performances and unforgettable lip-sync battles.

Tessa's drag name was inspired by a traumatic testicular torsion incident that happened during her debut performance in 2016. Her birth name, however, is Lorenzo Ciciro. Enduring bullying during her formative years, Tessa found solace and a sense of belonging in the vibrant world of drag, especially after discovering the iconic show, 'RuPaul's Drag Race.'

Currently a fashion design student, Tessa showcased her creative prowess by crafting all of her show-stopping looks for 'Drag Race Germany.' Her unique style seamlessly blends glamour with an exploration of gender identity, consistently leaving audiences in awe with each performance.

'RuPaul’s Drag Race: Global All Stars' queen Tessa Testicle reveals drag helped her 'heal childhood shame'

In a recent Instagram post, 'RuPaul’s Drag Race: Global All Stars' contestant Tessa shared that her experience with drag has been instrumental in helping her overcome the shame she carried from childhood.

Tessa wrote, "Balancing Tessa and Lorenzo has always been a bit of a tug of war for me. Drag helped me reclaim my femininity and heal childhood shame, while fitness came later, rescuing me from burnout and identity loss."

"The whole nightlife facade and the physical tolls made burnout inevitable without a grounding routine. Fitness grounded me, provided a new sense of self, and helped me cut through the noise of constant overthinking," the drag queen added.

"The unexpected satisfaction and emotional peace from my fitness journey have been invaluable. As someone who gets easily overwhelmed by everything, having a mentor or trainer to guide and hold me accountable was crucial," she concluded.

Did Tessa Testicle win 'Drag Race Germany' Season 1?

During the first season of 'Drag Race Germany,' 25-year-old contestant Tessa Testicle captivated audiences with her talents but ultimately finished in eighth place. The coveted crown was claimed by Pandora Nox, leaving Tessa to reflect on her experiences and personal growth throughout the competition.

Tessa's journey on 'Drag Race Germany' was a rollercoaster of ups and downs. She found herself in the bottom four times, fighting fiercely to stay in the competition. Despite the challenges, Tessa secured victories in three intense lip-sync battles, showcasing her talent and determination.

However, her luck ran out when she faced off against Pandora Nox in a lip sync to Helene Fischer's "Atemlos durch die Nacht," which ultimately led to her elimination. Although it was a tough loss, Tessa's resilience and fierce performances throughout the season have left a lasting impression.

Eventually, Pandora Nox emerged as the winner of 'Drag Race Germany' Season 1, solidifying her status as a fierce competitor. Notably, both Tessa and Alyssa Edwards, a participant from the inaugural season of 'RuPaul's Drag Race: Global All Stars', did not advance to the final round on their respective initial seasons.

Additionally, Tessa and Eva Le Queen share the unique distinction of being the only contestants from the inaugural season of 'RuPaul's Drag Race: Global All Stars' who were unable to secure a victory in any of the maxi challenges during their initial run on the show.
