"The whole nightlife facade and the physical tolls made burnout inevitable without a grounding routine. Fitness grounded me, provided a new sense of self, and helped me cut through the noise of constant overthinking," the drag queen added.
"The unexpected satisfaction and emotional peace from my fitness journey have been invaluable. As someone who gets easily overwhelmed by everything, having a mentor or trainer to guide and hold me accountable was crucial," she concluded.
