For those unfamiliar with Leah, she is Theresa' daughter-in-law and wife to Larry Caputo Jr. Leah works as a Director of Public Relations, Marketing, and Program Development at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
Residing in Riverdale, New York City, Leah has dedicated over 11 years to her work at the College of Mount Vincent, from where she earned both her Master's and Bachelor's degrees.
In contrast to her mother-in-law, Leah doesn't boast a significant Instagram following. Her social media feed remains devoid of any posts, suggesting a preference for a less social lifestyle.
Episode 5 'A Very Caputo Wedding' features Larry Caputo Jr. and Leah's wedding. Celebrating the moment with her daughter-in-law, Theresa showed Leah's look ahead of the wedding. She then asked her daughter-in-law to turn around to show her a braid stuffed with white pearls.

On June 10, 2023, Leah and Larry walked down the aisle, saying "I do" at a wedding organized in Italy. Reflecting on the day, Theresa said, "It was so emotional."
"He's my son. And I think because of what I do, I see that a lot of people don't have family, and Larry and Leah, wanted it to be all about family. To watch it happen and unfold was just absolutely incredible. Wow," Theresa said to People.
