Lady Deadpool, also known as Wanda Wilson, is a female variant of the Merc with a Mouth, Deadpool. She shares a similar backstory and powers with Deadpool but with her own unique personality and quirks.

Lady Deadpool first appeared in the comics in 2010 and has since become a fan favorite. Her character is known for her sarcastic humor, sword-fighting skills, and tendency to break the fourth wall.

With her debut in the upcoming movie 'Deadpool & Wolverine', fans are eagerly waiting to see how she'll be portrayed on the big screen.

In the comics, Lady Deadpool has been a part of various teams, including the Deadpool Corps, and has even had her own solo series. Her origin story is rooted in a dark and troubled past, which has shaped her into a complex and intriguing character.

Who's behind the mask? Lady Deadpool's reveal ignites fan debate

The latest trailer for 'Deadpool & Wolverine' has sparked debate among fans about who will portray Lady Deadpool, with two names emerging as top contenders, Taylor Swift and Blake Lively.

Fans flocked to X to share their theories on who Lady Deadpool might be, with one of them saying, "It's definitely Blake Lively," while another fan wrote, "I bet Lady Deadpool is Blake Lively."

One excited fan commented, "I ran the screengrab through my armor sizing scanning software to get measurements. It's not even close to Swift or Reynolds. Blake is much closer... not perfect, but this could also be a stunt actor in the suit. If it's an actress, my money is on Blake."

As much as the fans were rooting for Blake Lively to wear the mask, many did not like the idea of Taylor Swift playing Lady Deadpool.

One fan shared, "As long it’s not Taylor swift I’ll be happy. Don’t know why anyone would want her to be lady Deadpool in the first place." "If it’s Taylor, I quit," wrote another fan.

One frustrated fan commented, "I swear it better not be Taylor swift," while another wrote, "If TAYLOR SWIFT is lady deadpool, I will NOT watch it!!" "Please god not taylor swift as lady deadpool please," pleaded one fan on X.
