On November 13, 2020, Eric's former partner initiated legal proceedings by filing a formal request for a temporary restraining order against him. In an exclusive revelation, court documents obtained solely by The US Sun shed light on her allegations of enduring long-standing abuse throughout their relationship.
The alleged acts of abuse are said to have started in 2018, according to the woman involved, whose identity is being kept confidential by The US Sun. She alleges that Eric physically assaulted her by forcefully grabbing her neck outside their vehicle after she refused to drive.
"I left him there and when I returned he had thrown my clothes out on the driveway and it was raining so they were all damaged or destroyed," she claimed in the court documents.
During an incident in November 2019, the former partner of the reality TV star alleged that he became enraged when she inquired about his whereabouts after being absent throughout the entire day.
"Respondent jumped on my neck," she stated.
In December 2019, while they were at their residence in Los Angeles, he leveled an accusation against her, claiming that she had engaged in an act of aggression towards him by wielding a pillow.
Subsequently, he proceeded to inflict harm upon her by forcefully constricting her neck, initiating an act of strangulation. When she attempted to leave the room to flee, he once again applied pressure to her neck, cutting off her air supply for a brief moment.
"When I told him that I was going to start yelling, he let me go," she wrote in the documents.
The following day, she decided to admit herself to the hospital due to experiencing discomfort and pain in her neck. When she detailed the events to the hospital staff, they suggested getting the authorities involved, but she expressed her fear, citing previous threats from Eric to harm her.
On February 25, 2020, Eric's ex accused him of physically assaulting him, after he claimed that she was the aggressor.
"He grabbed me by my hair and threw me on the floor. When I tried to get up he pushed me down again. He was on top of me and I was able to escape," she described the incident in the documents.
She called the cops and when they got there, he had already left. After she got hurt on her forehead, the police took pictures of her injuries and gave her an urgent protection order.
Due to the pandemic, she stated that she had no place to go and therefore couldn't obtain a domestic violence restraining order, which she described as "impossible" for her to do.
Court documents from March 3, 2020, contain photos of Eric's former partner with a swollen black eye, red marks on her face, and bruises on her backside.

In the additional documents for the restraining order, Eric's former partner provided emails and text messages that she said were between her and Eric's sister.
"He really is like a monster when that switch goes off inside him. But I'm by your side and 100% and I'm giving you a big bear hug too here," Eric's sister told her ex.
The Hulu show star's sister further added, "I hope you can get him to see someone. Seriously I'm praying you can help him. You can't let him destroy your life. [You are] worth way more than that and when he gets like that, get away as fast as possible."
The sister stated that Eric "acts like a child brat who believes he deserves everything and does not know how to thank [anyone]. Believes that we are all his puppets."
She claimed that he treats her like a doormat and says terrible things to her. The sister reportedly recommended that he seek therapy or counseling and urged his ex to remain optimistic and contact her for support or guidance.
She concluded her email by writing, "Hugs and kisses. I'll keep you in my prayers."
