'Vanderpump Villa' manager Eric Funderwhite lands in chaos

Chateau Rosabelle manager Eric Funderwhite struggles to handle the chaos created by his employees. In the dramatic teaser of 'Vanderpump Villa', Eric appeared to be enjoying a party with his female co-workers which appeared to land him in trouble.

Lisa Vanderpump said in the voiceover, "There's a fine line between being professional and too personal." However, the teaser then moved to Eric who said, "Flirting and sexiness is an essential part of any service job... doesn't need to be so strict."

Eric seemingly broke quite a few rules and went against Lisa. He gave a guest a massage service despite not being allowed to.

However, he was also seen taking his job seriously and informed his boss on the phone, "There's some problems amongst the staff to be honest."
