TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA: 'America's Got Talent' Season 19 youngest contestant Chrisyius Whitehead is just 5 years old and has impressive drumming skills. He started playing drums when he was just two- years old. However, Chrisyius is now ready to charm the NBC show judges with his extraordinary talent.

Chrisyius was born in January 2019 to his parents Pastor Chris and Dawandrea. He has three siblings, Ki’Marie, CJ, and Christian. He has recently graduated from Kindergarten. The NBC show contestant has been raised in the church and taught to live a life that honors the Lord. Chrisyius uses his talent to lead the church on joyful occasions.

Chrisyius became an internet sensation after his video of singing a worship song with his siblings and father went viral. The 5-year-old singer and drummer is not on social media but fans got glimpses of his incredible talent through his father's TikTok. Chrisyius' father often shares videos of the Whitehead family singing.

How did Chrisyius Whitehead get selected for the 'AGT' Season 19 audition?

'AGT' Season 19 producers contacted Chrisyius Whitehead after the contestant's video playing drums went viral. Chrisyius' mother Dawandrea has reflected on the exciting moment on his social media and wrote that the producers "reached out to us to see if Chrisyius wanted to audition for the show."

Dawandrea first thought "It was a scam so I ignored them BUT a little while passed and they reached out again, after speaking with them my husband and I prayed about it for a little while and decided to accept the offer..." The NBC show contestant's mother further noted, "This past March, Chrisyius, My husband and I Flew to LA for Chrisyius to audition Chrisyius MET and auditioned in front of Terry Crews And ALL of the CELEBRITY JUDGES on the World famous AGT stage in front of a HUGE LIVE AUDIENCE!! One of the most exciting experiences ever!"

Will Chrisyius Whitehead receive the Golden Buzzer?

'AGT' Season 19 contestant Chrisyius Whitehead will appear in the Day of NBC Show audition. He hopes to impress the NBC show judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel and grab the golden buzzer.
