BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Baby got too much back! This week's Thursday episode on January 25 was all about 'Botched' booties.

Shekea met with specialists Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to address her troublesome rear following a series of botched procedures. Viewers of the medical series were relieved to see Shekea regain her buttocks as Dr Dubrow took on one of the most difficult cases of his career.

Shekea, an exotic dancer, received 15 to 20 butt injections to advance her career. Years later, she underwent a treatment to remove the mysterious thing in her bottom, but it resulted in a terrible illness that left her hips and buttocks disfigured.

Dr Dubrow built buttock pockets and transferred fat tissue to her posterior before removing the damaged skin tissue.

Not much is known about Shekea or her whereabouts, but it is safe to say her bum isn't on fire anymore! Dr Dubrow made sure the sunken buttocks were gone and the shark-bite-looking hips got a new shape altogether.

Who is Shekea on 'Botched' Season 8?

Almost 20 years ago, Shekea chose to do illegal butt injections in the "middle of somebody's living room floor, just being plunged with what was told to be silicone." She is still unsure of what chemical was utilized to make her buttocks fuller.

In the previous ten years, she has developed difficulties such as hardness, discoloration, and a burning feeling.

Shekea told the 'Botched' doctors that during her procedure, her buttocks caught fire. Dr Nassif stated there was a combustible substance in her buttocks that required to be extinguished while being removed.

Shekea's mother also revealed to the 'Botched' doctors how she is held up at airports as she has to carry "drainage tools" for her buttocks, which prevents her from taking flights to visit home.

What happened to Shekea in 'Botched' Season 8?

Dr Dubrow admitted that this was among the most difficult surgeries that the 'Botched' doctors could ever consider tackling. The path that he was about to take for Shekea's surgery he described was so "difficult", that he highlights the issue as being "skin on bone."

Terry corrected her lopsided posterior by moving tissue from her lower back into her buttock, giving her a more symmetrical rear end.

How much does 'Botched' Dr Terry Dubrow charge?

A severe caution was previously issued by Dr Dubrow to anybody thinking about having a Brazilian Butt Lift, or BBL. The well-known cosmetic surgeon and 'Botched' star disclosed the startling risks associated with choosing the common surgical treatment used to enhance the buttocks during an interview with TMZ Live.

"It's extraordinarily dangerous," Dr Dubrow told TMZ. He said, "It turns out that it's the most dangerous, not only plastic surgery procedure, it's the most dangerous operation there is with the highest fatality rate."

A surgeon transfers fat, also referred to as fat grafting, as part of the famous Brazilian Butt Lift technique to shape a bigger posterior. Due to its propensity to provide more natural-looking outcomes than other butt-augmenting operations, the surgery, which may cost over $10,000, is frequently highly sought after.

He went on to highlight the risks associated with fat transfer, saying, "The problem is there's these very small, little veins in the buttock that leads directly to the vena cave, which is the major blood vessel that brings blood back from your body to your heart, to your lungs. If you get fat in those little vessels, and it gets in the main vena cava and goes to your lungs, it's over."

He repeated, "It's the most fatal operation there is. And I would advise there are other ways to get a full buttock besides that."

Dr Dubrow advises going to the gym instead and said, "I recommend, people back away from the Brazilian Butt Lifts."
