Lana focused on Louis after eliminating Kylisha Jag and offering Chris A Alli a second chance in the competition. According to the AI host, Louis should have known better than to repeat the same mistakes over and over.
Even when Louis has developed love relationships, they have been solely physical. For these reasons, the second individual to leave the retreat became Louis.

Although Lana never said if Louis' kiss with Gianna cost the group anything, his most recent sexual encounter did cost him his seat in the retreat.

Louis is probably single, although he recently posted a number of pictures to Instagram, two of which included a woman without her face showing. Louis appears to be doing well thus far.
