Wyle also revealed that 'The Pitt' Season 2 will also address recent changes in the American healthcare system, sharing the update during an appearance at August's Televerse TV Festival.
Wyle explained that the creative team grounds 'The Pitt' in real-world insight, saying, "Before we even start to write, we're conducting interviews with all sorts of people from every sector and vector of healthcare, and they tell us what they're up against… what they would love to see on TV, and what would really be counterproductive.' Talking about the cast of the show, alongside Wyle, the series stars Patrick Ball, Katherine LaNasa, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Sepideh Moafi in key roles.
