Here’s when ‘Crater’ drops: Release date, time and how to watch the Disney+ sci-fi movie
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Crater,' a Disney+ coming-of-age sci-fi adventure film, follows a boy who resides on a Moon colony and is permanently relocated to an idyllic faraway planet after his father's death. But before moving, in order to fulfill his father's final wish, he and his three best friends, in addition to another visitor from Earth, take over a rover for one last adventure to discover a mysterious crater.
'Crater,' directed by Kyle Patrick Alvarez, is based on a script written by John Griffin. Shawn Levy, Dan Levine, and Dan Cohen produce the sci-fi film under their 21 Laps Entertainment banner. Emily Morris, John G Scotti, Rpin Suwannath, Gordon Gray, Paris Latsis, and Terry Douglas serve as executive producers.

The sci-fi adventure movie, ‘Crater’, will release on May 12, 2023.
How to watch ‘Crater’?
'Crater' will be available on Disney+ exclusively. The long-in-development project was initially revealed in 2017 by 20th Century Fox, with Levy earlier in talks to direct. However, as an outcome of the Disney-Fox merger, the movie is now managed by Disney's live-action team and is currently under development for Disney+.
