LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: The ninjas are back! ‘American Ninja Warrior’ Season 16 has set a release date of June 3, 2024 on NBC at 8/7c. As the show carries on the legacy since 2009, old and new obstacles will catch everyone’s eye. The format of the show remains the same. There are qualifier rounds followed by semifinals and finals. The game will start with a pole vault obstacle which has a height of up to 18.5ft. The contestant then heads to the Warped Wall. Once qualified they get to Home Run, then Rope Climb amid other obstacles. More to be seen in this season can be slide surfer, barrel roll, giant roller coaster, corkscrew amidst many others.

A new obstacle is expected to be added to stage three. It can be a four-type wall climb with changed dimensions. The expected time limit of rope climb is 30 seconds.
Time limit for these obstacles can be anywhere between 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The time limits are yet to be announced. But they will be more challenging than the previous season.
