WELLINGTON, FLORIDA: The Baeumlers’ journey continues as Season 4 of ‘Renovation Island’ proceeds further. After getting their Bahamas luxury resort, Caerula Mar Club, up and running, the family of six are now toiling on a different project in the sunshine state. The family is working hard to build their new home in Florida, which requires plenty of work from the renovation duo. But this surely doesn’t stop the couple from taking on more projects in the meantime!
Bryan and Sarah Baeumler hope to create a sense of normalcy for their children as they work on their Florida residence. After a whole year on an island, the family is enthusiastic about returning to a regular routine, but currently, it is a “living out of suitcases” lifestyle for the Baeumlers. The project is undoubtedly large enough to house the entire family. However, since renovations are still underway, Bryan realized that living in close quarters is definitely not a viable option for the six Baeumlers. So now, the family is renting a property two streets over as the project continues.

What to expect on ‘Renovation Island’ Season 3 Episode 12?
The last time we saw Sarah and Bryan, the couple was midway through renovating their small, cozy abode in Florida to house their family. But as renovations of the project proceeded further, the duo seemed to get into quite a few disagreements over the design aspects of the project. The couple fought over the features in the bedroom in Episode 11 ‘Keys Please’. And later decided to relocate some of their things from the storage unit to the house. The duo also visited some old friends for design ideas, and Sarah decided to enlarge the entranceway of their new home. During all the mayhem, the Baeumlers concluded to relocate to a rental for some space. The move will be temporary until the duo finish up the renovation of their dream house.
In the next episode, titled ‘Pool Side’, the Baeumlers have a lot on their plate as they struggle further with their project. Bryan makes a stop to the island to check on things. He then has a look at Sarah's vision for their new living room. The duo make some progress on the landscaping and pool, but a storm seems to be approaching which could delay the project even further as well as cause some major stress for the family.
