The next vacation has been booked, and it's already swirling chaotic drama. After their visits to Hawaii, Sicily, and Phuket, the familiar faces will be back in a brand-new setting. The luggage isn't packed yet, but according to reports, the cast of Season 4 of The White Lotus has been decided. Furthermore, Sandra Bernhard is Saint-Tropez-bound. The versatile actor dominated the '70s with her slapstick stand-up comedy, and most recently showcased her crisp comedic timing in Timothée Chalamet's 'Marty Supreme'.

At the time of writing, there is no official logline for this season. Bernhard joins Alexander Ludwig, Chris Messina, AJ Michalka, Helena Bonham Carter, Steve Coogan, Caleb Jonte Edwards, and Marissa Long. For those unaware, the show is a dark comedy that follows the relationships between employees and guests at luxury hotels around the world. The next installment takes place at Château de La Messardière in Saint-Tropez. Casting continues for the new season.

Safe to say, the series will draw another starry ensemble, especially with previous reports that French actors have reportedly auditioned for undisclosed roles. Previous season stars Jon Gries’s Greg, who made it to the end of the Season 3 finale, and Natasha Rothwell’s Belinda are expected to return. While their futures in the series and how far they go remain to be seen, their additions further strengthen the marquee cast. Rumor mills also suggest that Cannes will be part of the series' storyline. In a major change, Cristobal Tapia de Veer, the show's composer, will not be part of Season 4 after exiting due to a strained working relationship with creator Mike White.

The show is still being written for the new season, with production set to go on floors between April and the end of October. At the earliest, 'The White Lotus' Season 4 is expected to arrive in 2027. In related news, HBO’s Francesca Orsi, who oversees the network's drama slate, revealed plans for the series' future beyond the fourth season. "I imagine he (White) is going to go beyond four. He hasn’t confirmed it, but I think he has more to say than just one more season," Orsi said.

Bernhard heads into the project on the back of an impressive CV. She most recently starred in 9the Oscar-nominated film, 'Marty Supreme'. She also starred in 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' and Apple TV's 'Severance'. The veteran actress became a household name for her portrayal of Nancy Bartlett Thomas on ABC's 'Roseanne'. She later garnered critical acclaim for her portrayal of Nurse Judy Kubrak on FX's 'Pose'.

Earlier, Bernhard made headlines for her heartfelt apology to 'Roseanne' co-star, Morgan Fairchild. The actress admitted she didn't have a good relationship with Fairchild, who played her bisexual girlfriend Maria, and appeared in three episodes of the comedy. "It’s one of my biggest regrets that I wasn’t nicer to her," Bernhard said on Watch What Happens Live. "I was a little dismissive of Morgan, and to this day, I would like to say to Morgan, you are incredible to work with, you went there." To which Fairchild responded, "I’m very touched by Sandra Bernhard’s words. Very nice of her. Yes, it was a difficult set for me, but that’s show biz."
