The US Sun has revealed that in 2016, the reality TV actress surprised her daughter, who is reputedly worth $5 million, by acquiring and furnishing the $1.85 million Beverly Hills apartment.
She mentioned that the couple had a mortgage at the time, although it's reported that Lisa contributed a portion of the down payment. Property documents obtained by the publication indicate that they initially borrowed $1,202,500 from Premier America Credit Union.
According to fresh documents, the deed was transferred to Pandora and Jason, who obtained a new mortgage of $1,350,000 from United Wholesale Mortgage LLC in December 2023.

All the bedrooms are on the top level of the house, with the spacious master suite featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a separate living area, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom boasts luxurious heated flooring, a shower, and a traditional handmade tub.

He started off a dishwasher in the restaurant, and Pandora waited tables all through college, so I'm not about spoiling them."
