In both situations, John Janssen alleges in the documents that Shannon Beador agreed to repay the loan along with interest. Despite numerous requests made in 2023 and 2024, Janssen asserts that Beador has not fulfilled her agreement. Janssen is pursuing legal action to recover the full loan amount, along with the accrued interest, associated costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
