All BTS fans were prepared for the Grammys 2022 as everyone could predict that the global K-pop group just might get snubbed once more. Unfortunately, it did happen as a collaboration ended up taking the award for Best Duo/Group. However, that didn’t put off fans as they looked at the bright side which was BTS’ performance at the award show and their four-day concert in Las Vegas at a much bigger venue than where the 64th Grammys was held. But it looks like haters and trolls are doing their best to drag down BTS.

BTS has anyway made history by becoming the first Korean act to be nominated twice in a row at the Grammys. ARMY further boasted that they did not need a Grammy award to prove their talent and popularity since everyone already knew it. And with seeing that fans are not too mad since they expected the snub, trolls are trying to kick them down by circulating photos of BTS’ V aka Kim Taehyung smoking.

BTS’ V smoking at the Grammys 2022

A stalker uploaded a picture of BTS’ V smoking backstage at the Grammys 2022. And while they might have expected some kind of backlash for the K-pop star, it looks like it was the other way around. While many people do not like smoking, BTS fans accepted that it was V’s choice who is an adult. Instead, they slammed the stalker for invading V’s privacy and taking a photograph of him without his consent. Fans also did not find it as surprising since V had allegedly been seen vaping back in 2019.

'He can do whatever he wants'

ARMY have taken it upon themselves to trend V’s real name, ‘We love you Kim Taehyung’ so as to send him supportive messages and hope that he doesn’t mind what haters say. One fan commented, “SO BASICALLY TAE WAS SMOKING CIGARETTES BUT PLS DON'T SPREAD THE PICTURES.. I DON'T THINK HE'LL BE COMFORTABLE WITH IT ! WE ALL KNOW HE SMOKES FROM YEARS AGO ! SO PLS LEAVE IT ! HE'S 27 Y/O MAN ! HE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS !” Another ARMY tweeted, “Why are we discussing tae smoking 😟 y'all he has a vape this is old ass news and he's grown...idk what to tell y'all...this shit weird.”

One fan joked, “People mad Tae smoking while im smoking a blunt tryna see if BTS finna perform again.” Another said, “He can do whatever he wants..Respect his privacy. Idols are also human beings. If you are a true fan then do not interfere in his personal life.  We have to protect them. We love you Kim Taehyung.  We will always be there with you. Delete that pic. N don't forget to report.” One fan added, “WE LOVE YOU KIM TAEHYUNG THIS IS YOUR NIGHT, IS THE NIGHT OF BTS, SHUT UP HATERS.” Another posted, “Kpop fans truly different only them will cause a chaos over someone smoking western stans see a celeb smoking and it’s just a regular day.”
