The charm of 'Eurovision' will soon be brought to the United States by NBC on its new reality show 'American Song Contest' 2022. 'Eurovision' is one of Europe's most popular reality shows, an international songwriting competition, in which music performers and representatives from European countries compete against one another in a goofy, Olympic-style contest of original songs.

Inspired by 'Eurovision', 'The American Song Contest' will have representatives from each of the 50 states, as well as Washington, DC, and six US territories compete against each other. Each artist, who can be a solo singer or a group of up to six members, will perform an original song in the qualifying stages before moving on to the semi-finals and finals. The show will be hosted by Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson. If you enjoy watching reality singing shows, you must check out these 'The Masked Dancer', 'The Voice' and 'American Idol'.

Who is Jake'O?

Jake'O is a contestant from the state of Wisconsin in the 'American Song Contest.' He is a Wisconsin-based vocalist, guitarist, performer, and entertainer. By blending Rock 'n' Roll, Blues, Pop, and R&B, he creates vintage vibes, contemporary motifs, and futuristic flare in each creative song. Jake'O, the creator of the Nuvo-Retro sound (a word he developed to characterize his genre and style), infuses each unique song with vintage vibes, modern elements, and futuristic style. His soulful vibrato voice, echoing mile-wide guitar tone, electrifying showmanship, and trademark baby blue brand have earned him a name in Wisconsin. As he steps into the national stage, he is looking forward to making his family, friends, and supporters in Wisconsin proud.

A few days back, Jake posted a picture on his Instagram with a caption, "Below Zero: A Wisconsin Farewell Thank you to everyone for the kind wishes! Tune-in to @nbc or @peacocktv on March 21st at 7pmCST to catch my performance on @americansongcontest 🛸 On Wisconsin!"
