Waffle Crew are a huge name in their home country Japan. After constantly winning hearts of people in Japan, Waffle Crew is all set to win the hearts of judges and audiences with their visually creative Double Dutch audition act in the coming episode of NBC’s much loved show ‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 17.

Thanks to this season’s genre-bending acts which include aspiring artists and performers who give superb audition performances every week and bring to screens a very diverse palette of skills - right from singing, violin, harmonium, dancing, ballet, magic, illusion, contortion, aerial acrobatics, pole dance, comedy acts, novelty animal handling acts, tap dance, hip hop, mime, jazz, and so on; this time it's going to be fun witnessing if Waffle Crew from Japan are able to impress judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara and enter the show.

Who are Waffle Crew?

Originally hailing from Japan, Waffle Crew are a Japanese group who hold the world champion title for Double Dutch twice. After making their home country Japan really proud, they are set to bring their mind-blowing Double Dutch act on the American stage. Waffle Crew also has their own Instagram account. Their account has only 386 followers at present but this number will increase a lot after their perfomance in the coming episode.
 
Waffle Crew features five members - Tatsuya, Daichi, Taisuke, Elina and Kai. Talking about the members, Tatsuya is renowned as a dancer and has an Instagram handle with 80.9K followers. His most watched video is the one with Elina. Elina and Tatsuya’s innovative dance performance using skipping ropes and strong dance choreography on the song ‘Checklist’ by Max was loved by his fans.



 

Daichi Saito has only 1.2K followers on his Instagram account. He is a Double Dutch performer and video director as well. According to his Instagram profile, he has won gold medal in World Jump Rope 2019 competition. His most widely viewed video on Instagram is a video film for a brand named Baba Kazuma.



 

Taisuke Fukumoto is a four times Double Dutch world champion who also holds a Guinness World record. He also specializes in hand hop. His Instagram account has 1.6K followers only, but this number will grow after their audition performance in the coming episode.

Kai has been a world champion for three consecutive years in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He is a pro-level Double Dutch performer. He is an Xperia brand ambassador and also performs in Cirque Du Soleil. He has his own YouTube account named ‘Reg style channel’ with 2.39K subscribers. His Instagram account has 25.9K followers.

Elina Mizuno is a dancer, actress, Double Dutch performer, choreographer and model as well. Elina’s Instagram account has 42.4K followers. Her most viewed Instagram video is a dance video on Janet Jackson's song 'Rhythm Nation.' Waffle Crew’s dance performances have a mix of ropes and choreography.



 

Waffle Crew in ‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 17

Currently, the makers haven’t given any glimpse or sneak peek of one of the most highly anticipated audition performances of this season. This has only made the wait for audiences more intriguing.

‘America's Got Talent’ Season 17 airs every Tuesday at 8 pm ET on NBC. For viewers who want to watch the reality show without cable, they can use any of these streaming services like Sling TV, fuboTV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV or YouTube TV as well.
