‘America’s Got Talent’ on NBC: Who are Balla brothers? Albanian acrobat duo rose from humble beginnings
NBC's hit reality show ‘America’s Got Talent’ gives artists a platform to showcase their talent and get global recognition, besides the delectable prospect of winning a million dollars and headlining an act in Las Vegas.
But it’s easier said than done. The performers have to constantly give it their best to become worthy of the laurels. To get a shot at the big prize, they have to come up with novel ideas every week to impress judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara, alongside the show’s audiences and loyal fans.

‘America’s Got Talent’ has made its comeback to screens and also raised the bar. One of the much-awaited audition performances is that of the Albanian acrobat artists Balla brothers. The enigmatic duo has so far been kept under wraps, but this has only served to pique fans' curiosity.
Who are Balla brothers?
Originally from Albania, the Balla brothers -Arton and Arnold - are currently based in the US. They specialize in acrobatics and are renowned in their home country for their unicycle acts, trio hand-to-hand act, roller skating circus act, duo hand-to-hand acts, and their circus acts, according to their official Youtube page.
Though the Balla Brothers’ YouTube page has only 99 subscribers now, we are sure that this number is going to see a huge spurt post their AGT auditions.
They also have a joint Instagram account named ‘Balla.brothers’ which has less than 1K followers. The duo posts updates about their acts and more on the page.
Arnold and Artan also have their separate Instagram accounts. While Arnold Balla has almost 10.8K followers, Artan Balla has only 2.7K followers so far.
In an interview with ABC News Albania, the brothers opened up on their passion for acrobatics and how they have devoted themselves to their craft over the years. It has not been an easy journey for the duo. Arnold said, “My beginnings were very difficult because no one looked at me because they said that you don't make it, but with work, here I am. In my family, we grew up with the spirit that if you can do something, you'll see it through, and that's what kept me going.”
Even though Arnold is a landscape architecture graduate and an interior designer by profession, he never gave up on his passion. Now, he wants to create his own studio to train young talents. “We have a group that we train and why not open a bigger studio and have our premises and bring out new talents and prepare for shows and international events, as we have also participated,” he says.
Meanwhile, Artan shared how he has been doing acrobatics since the age of 13. However, despite his passion for art, he is unsure of its prospects, which is why he has decided to study law. He shared, “I have been dealing with art for 13 years and I have seen that I don't have a proper future, of course, as art should really be, and the art part is not going as it should. I like to study law.”
Balla brothers on ‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 17
The show hasn't so far dropped an early performance preview of Balla brothers' auditions, but Artan has given fans a glimpse via his personal Instagram. He captioned the post, “Dreams are becoming a reality! We can’t wait for you to see us in the upcoming season of #AGT. It all goes down on Tuesday, 7/12 at 8/7c on @nbc.”
The image attracted excited reactions from fans. “Wahhhhh this is happening!!!” one said. Another wrote, “So exciting.” “Suksese the greatest duo”, someone else chimed in.
