LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Scheana Shay is speaking out about Tom Sandoval's decision to file a new lawsuit against his former partner Ariana Madix. On Wednesday, July 17, the 'Vanderpump Rules' star shared her opinion in a recent Instagram video, addressing her castmate Tom Sandoval's lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix.

She expressed regret for continuing their friendship after the drama between them that was shown in Season 10 of the Bravo series. "Tom Sandoval s**t thing to do after a s***y thing you already did. Like, what are you thinking?" Scheana said in a video shared on her Instagram Story.

She added, “This is not someone I want to be friends with. This is not who I align my values with. Call me a f***in’ idiot, okay? I said it at the finale, ‘Don’t make me look like an idiot.’ Welp, you did.”

The Bravo star criticized her co-star Tom's actions as "cruel and vile" during her Instagram rant. “I think it negates any remorse that you tried to show at the reunion,” she further added.

“Suing Ariana, it’s like, y’all were together for like a decade. You shared a mortgage. You shared passcodes. She knew your password. So, this invasion of privacy? F*** off,” she continued.

‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Tom Sandoval accuses Ariana Madix of making copies of explicit video

Tom Sandoval filed a lawsuit against his ex, Ariana Madix, on Tuesday, July 16. This comes over a year after it was disclosed that he had been unfaithful to her with their former acquaintance, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

The founder of Schwartz & Sandy is alleging that Ariana gained access to explicit videos of Leviss on his phone without his consent or approval. Additionally, he asserts that she duplicated the footage and shared it with Leviss and others.

According to legal documents obtained by US Weekly,  it has been alleged in the lawsuit that the host of 'Love Island USA' made copies of a video from Tom Sandoval's phone before the end of their relationship.

Furthermore, it is claimed that Ariana shared the video with his ex-partner's friend, Leviss, as well as other individuals without obtaining proper consent. This incident occurred after Madix discovered that her former partner had been engaging in a months-long affair with her friend without her knowledge.

Ariana Madix’s lawyer lashes out at her ex Tom Sandoval for ‘tormenting her with new lawsuit’

Jordan Susman, Ariana Madix's attorney, addressed the allegations made by Tom Sandoval in a statement provided to Us Weekly.

The statement read, “It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing,"

Susman added, "Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices."

It further continued, "If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair. For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself."

"Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval ‘the most hated man in America,’ he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image. Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims," Ariana's lawyer concluded.
