When will ‘This Is Us’ Season 5 Episode 14 air? Here's what to expect when the beloved NBC show returns
Brotherly love... The new episode of ‘This Is Us’ finally let fans breathe a sigh of relief as Randall Pearson (Sterling K Brown) and Kevin Pearson's (Justin Hartley) long-standing beef finally comes to an end. Kevin lands at Randall's door to personally ask him to be his Best Man and shatter his ignorance that has piled up over many many years. The episode ends on a poignant note where Randall imagines his real parents and the perfect life that could never be.
Now, as the season progresses, fans can't help but wonder what will happen next. In major shocker and sad news, there are no more episodes scheduled for the month. ‘This Is Us’ will now return in May 2021!

Not many details are out about the upcoming episode but we see touching moments in a new promo. The clip teases Beth Pearson (Susan Kelechi Watson) going to work. Deja (Lyric Ross) then advises her father: “Beth doesn't need a hero. Just be there for her.”
Along with that, not much is known about the twists and turns. Fans, however, have been demanding to see Rebecca Pearson (Mandy Moore) and Miguel’s (Jon Huertas) past for a long time now. Why is ‘This Is Us’ Season 5 Episode 14 delayed?
The repetitive delays between episodes have left many fans infuriated. Some of them expressed their dismay online.
“Let me get this straight: We got a two-episode premiere, then a week off, then two more episodes. A seven-week holiday break, two more episodes. Then they took a month off for no reason, then three more episodes, a three-week break, four episodes, and now another month off? And they're not even giving us a full season? Absolutely unreal,” one said and another posted, “3 episodes left??????????? I’m glad to see more of Beth any day but 3 episodes of the season left.”
A third chimed in, “Isn't it supposed to be 18 episodes each season?” Seems like the COVID-19 pandemic might be the reason for only 16 episodes this time around.
When will ‘This Is Us’ Season 5 Episode 14 return?
‘This Is Us’ Season 5 premiered on Tuesday, October 27 at 9 pm ET on NBC and returned after the mid-season winter break with Episode 5 titled ‘A Long Road Home’ on January 5, 2021. After a one-week break, Episode 12 titled ‘Both Things Can Be True’ aired on April 6, 2021 and Episode 13 ‘Brotherly Love’ was telecasted on April 13, 2021.
Sadly, there seems to be a long break before the last three episodes of the season air. Episode 14 of the beloved NBC show is scheduled for May 11, 2021 from 9 PM ET to 10 PM ET. There is no clarity on the schedule of the remaining two but we will update this space with the latest developments.
