'The Voice' was one of the very first reality TV shows to get back to regular programming during the pandemic. Season 18 was still on air when the coronavirus restrictions were imposed shutting down major production across the country. The show went on a two-week break during which the crew worked relentlessly to figure out how they could continue filming the show keeping up with Covid-19 regulations.

It served as a respite to those across the country who suddenly had to confine themselves within the four walls of their homes.
