UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: Things are heating up on the sets of 'The Voice' Season 22, and no, we are not just talking about the battles round amongst the artists. The upcoming episode 9 of the NBC singing competition show will be featuring an intense sing-off between Team Blake's two vocal powerhouses- Bodie Wade and Jaeden Luke. Thanks to Jaeden's charms and talent, the Seattle native will be continuing his stint on the show despite not getting picked by his coach Blake Shelton!

For the battles round performance, Blake picked Justin Bieber's famous 'As Long As You Love Me' featuring Big Sean, as the song for Bodie and Jaeden. After a mentoring session with battle advisor Jimmie Allen and Blake, the duo took to the stage and gave a jaw-dropping performance. By the end of their performance, the coaches couldn't stop gushing over how good the duo sounded. Camila Cabello was especially pleased with the performance as she declared she was feeling "hot and flustered” by the “sexy arrangement" of the song. Though Blake tried taking the credit for it, the new coach shrugged him off and continued to praise the two artists claiming if it were left to her to make a decision she would steal both of them. She then proceeded to give her individual feedback to each of the artists, while playfully referring to Jaeden as her "boyfriend".

“Jaeden, your tone is so beautiful. I want to hear it in my ear,” Camila declared before quickly adding: “I’m just kidding. I’m joking. That was a joke. I want to hear it on a record. I think you as an artist, as the whole package, is special.” She then turned to Bodie and shared how he sounded even better than his blind auditions performance, while praising his runs and belts. The 'Havana' singer labeled Bodie's masterful performance as "flawless".

Gwen too followed suit in praising both the performers while revealing although she loved Bodie's vocals, she couldn't keep her eyes off Jaeden, which earned her a stern "watch it" warning from Camila. As Gwen diffused the situation by pointing to her husband Blake Shelton, she declared that Blake had a tough choice ahead of him. John Legend praised Jaeden's vocals claiming there was nothing he couldn't do with the superman voice he possessed, but pointed out how the seattle native sometimes fell flat when it came to execution. However, that's where Bodie shined for him, John claimed Bodie's stellar vocals were accompanied by his ability to execute it to perfection. So the 'All of Me' singer picked Bodie as his winner.

It was finally Blake's turn to decide the winner. After some deliberation, the oG coach crowned Bodie as the winner, opening up the possibility of either saving or stealing Jaeden for his fellow coaches. But before Blake could even toy with the idea of saving Jaeden, Camila kept her word, and stole her 'boyfriend'! After using her save option on her team member Steven McMorran and her steal option on Jaeden, the new coach is left with no other lifelines for the rest of the battles round!

'The Voice' Season 22 airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8/7c on NBC.
