Macaw was declared the winner of The Masked Singer' Season 9 Country Night with Fairy and Axolotl being eliminated

LOS ANGELES., CALIFORNIA: 'The Masked Singer' Season 9 brought the country vibe on the stage with each masked singer singing their favorite country music. With Axolotl being eliminated in the middle of the show, she was unmasked to be WWE Champion Alexa Bliss. Furthermore, Macaw and Fairy moved ahead in the competition singing their own rendition of 'That Don't Impress Me Much' by Shania Twain.

The Fairy mask once again took the stage, wearing her sparkling turquoise outfit. Sporting purple wings, and a diaphanous skirt, Fairy opened the 'Country Night' episode with her soulful voice, singing 'Angel from Montgomery' by Bonnie Raitt. She was declared safe in the first round. But, the battle round declared Macaw to be the winner with Fairy being unmasked as Holly Robinson Peete. Keep reading to connect the clues.

Clues for The Fairy

Being declared the winner of the last episode, Fairy claimed, "It feels so good to take the champion title last week." She then started dropping the clues, saying, "Linda is a dear friend, so I had to do her song justice. She’s been rooting for me since I was 13." This indeed hinted that Linda Ronstadt knew the celebrity singer inside the Fairy mask and has been friends with her since childhood. The masked singer further described her love for music.

Fairy said, "Music is a huge part of my life and I’m loving every second I’m on stage. But two new challengers are looking to send me home. I say, bring it." Fairy claimed to be excited about the country night because according to her there is something about it that "sticks to one's ribs."  She then added, "Tonight, I’m singing a song that I loved as a little girl, by an artist that I still look up to. It’s a true classic in my book, like this new clue." The clue then brought up was a book with the name "Fairy's Tales" on it.

The clue package of the Fairy mask in the last episode had a "nepo-fairy" title, a cop badge, a black panther, photos of Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, and Sean Penn, a basketball, and a rubber duck. Moreover, in the last episode, Fairy claimed to have traveled and worked out of Hollywood before becoming a singer and an actress. The other clue said "endless love."

Panelists guessed Fairy to be Alisha Morris, Mickey Guyton, and Lori Harvey. However, Ken Jeong came up with the weirdest guess, saying Fairy was Jennifer Anniston. Fairy got eliminated after the Battle Royale round with Macaw being declared the winner of the show. Fairy was unmasked to be Holly Robinson Peete.

Robinson started her career by making her first appearance on Sesame Street. Rob Lowe was her classmate and his photos were a clue to it. Robinson and Linda have been friends for a long time and we have often seen Linda cheering for the actress and singer. The star has written a few books, 'My Brother Charlie,' 'Same But Different,' 'Charlie Makes a Splash!,' and 'Get Your Own Beer, I'm Watching The Game.' She is well known to everyone for her role as Officer Judy Hoffs in 'Jump Street.'

Macaw was declared the winner of the Country Night episode with Fairy and Axolotl being eliminated.
