Meanwhile, the other tribes of Middle Earth have also started to experience some really drastic changes. Orcs have started showing up and a stranger from outer space has landed on Middle Earth. There’s a lot to unpack and fans absolutely love how detailed the premiere was. JRR Tolkien was all about world-building and the Amazon series stays true to that aspect.

As soon as the show premiered on Prime Video, fans bombarded social media with extraordinary reactions and praised the show for its cinematography, story, acting, and visual effects. One fan wrote, “#RingsOfPower Episode 1 does what it needs to. Builds intrigue to an existing story as well as just enough nostalgia to keep LOTR fans happy and hooked. Even though we know where it’s eventually going to go, it’s still an enjoyable ride (thus far).” Another fan tweeted, “Holy shit man this is amazing. All that budget is being put to the best use. Good world-building so far and like the characters, can't wait for more.” Another social media user wrote, “#RingsOfPower is perfect and is the same middle earth we know and love. I'm so happy.” Another ‘LOTR’ fan wrote, “#RingsOfPower is amazing, beautiful, everything.”

“The #RingsOfPower is so clearly made by people who know and love Middle Earth and after several years of mid-ass Star Wars and Marvel stuff it makes me almost cry a little seeing a story so dearly important to me treated right,” tweeted another user. “I loved the way they built up the story. It is going to be a great show,” said another fan. “#RingsOfPower is awesome! So long since we’ve seen anything LOTR!! LFG!!” wrote another fan.

There have been a lot of negative perceptions about the series since the beginning and even before watching a single frame of the show, a certain section labeled it a disaster. However, fans have spoken and they are absolutely loving the Middle Earth’s return to the screen. We hope that the show continues to keep us at the edge of our seats.
