'The Good Place' Season 4 Episode 5: Now that they know Bad Place's plan, will Michael and Jason be able to save the real Janet?

Bad Place's Janet was pretending to be the Janet we love and adore, while the real Janet is being held captive at the Bad Place, and all it took was for Jason to remember the one thing Janet always tell him when he calls her his girlfriend — "Not a girl"

If you're a religious viewer of 'The Good Place', you just watched one of the most intense, suspense-filled episodes of the NBC show, and are still reeling from it.

Who knew "Not a girl" is possibly the most important dialogue in a show involving demons, a celestial judge, and a bunch of dead humans. 

In the most recently aired Season 4 Episode 4 of 'The Good Place', we found out who the hooded figure heading towards the fake Good Place in the dead of night is.

We know him to be the kind of good demon from the Bad Place who meekly objected to cheating in the experiment dictated by the judge in the web series titled 'The Selection' which aired just before Season 4. 

We had predicted at the time that this particular demon would be instrumental in the Good Place winning the experiment, and we certainly feel validated.

While the residents of the fake Good Place are none the wiser, Eleanor (Kristen Bell) and Tahani (Jameela Jamil) are left managing the whole neighborhood by themselves.

They will need to explain the absence of Michael (Ted Danson), Jason (Manny Jacinto), and especially Janet (D'Arcy Carden), who is the person they turn to for anything and everything.

Now we know that the Bad Place's Janet was pretending to be the Janet we love and adore, while the real Janet is being held captive at the Bad Place, and all it took was for Jason to remember the one thing Janet always tell him when he calls her his girlfriend — "Not a girl". 

There are two things we are excited about at this point — we no longer need to feel bad for Jason about being rejected by the girl that he loves, because he wasn't, and Janet can finally be saved by the two people who love her the most, Michael and Jason.

The demon and human are all set to get Janet back, but we know not what kind of dangers await them. 

Meanwhile, at the fake Good Place, there is demon goo in a giant container, and he is growing back into his human suit, even as Chidi (William Jackson Harper) and Eleanor are rekindling their romance.
