'The Family Chantel' Fan Review: Karen wins praise for trying to look into her roots

The Chantels decide to go on a family trip to learn more about their ancestors, via the help of a historian

If you're one to enjoy some guilt-free family drama and tiffs, look no further, 'The Family Chantel' is the best bet. The reality drama series airs on TLC and is definitely the talk of the town as soon as a new episode drops every week. 

In Episode 4 of Season 3, Karen Everett decides to go on an intimate, family road trip to Winnsboro, while River Everett doesn't get the 'It's a family thing" memo and bings her boyfriend, Jah, with her! To find out more about their roots, after the recent passing of her father, Karen even reaches out to a historian, Daniel Aldridge, to help find her ancestors.

Karen has an intimate talk with her family and firmly believes that she can change the trajectories of her both family and her children and that she can cut off the bad spirits of usery as well.
