What is ‘The Courtship’ all about?

According to NBC the Synopsis: A heroine looking for her duke will sign up for the ultimate social experiment in romance. Transported to a Regency-style England, a group of eligible hopeful suitors will have to win the heart of our heroine, and her court. Housed in a castle in the countryside, set on a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills, the heroine and suitors will experience that with which dreams are made. From carriage rides and boat rides on the lake to archery and handwritten letters to communicate, they will be immersed in a time-traveling quest for love. In the end, our heroine and her suitors will discover if the ultimate romantic experience will find true love.

Who stars on ‘The Courtship’?

Nicole Rémy(Heroine)

Nicole Remy, the protagonist, is a modern girl who is fed up with modern dating and is transferred to Regency-era England in search of love.
Nicole Remy is from Lakewood, Washington, where she grew up with great goals and a desire to pursue numerous interests at the same time. Nicole had close relationships with her brother, Dominique, and sister, Danielle, as she grew up, all the while working hard to reach her dream.



 

Rick Edwards (Host)

Richard Philip Edwards is an author, journalist, and television presenter from England. Edwards was a four-year host of T4, as well as Tool Academy, Freshly Squeezed, E4 Music, and much of Channel 4's 2012 Paralympic coverage. Edwards also presented the BBC Radio 5 Live show 'Fighting Talk.'   He has written for The Observer, the Evening Standard, and HuffPost as a journalist.
