Xanthi describes herself in three words: "Greek, Chić, Feminique." The model puts "family first, always," and often uploads her bikini pics on social media. Xanthi, who lost her father to cancer last year, posted a heartfelt note about it. She wrote, "RIP DADDY. My first love. My best friend. My favorite laugh. My favorite cuddles. My favorite voice. My handsome man." She added, "I couldn’t have asked for a better Daddy. There’s no one in this world like you. Thank you for showing me what unconditional love is. You fought so hard Babakimou, and you did it! FU*K CANCER." Xanthi calls herself "pretty with a cherry on top." Besides doing modeling, Xanthi has also collaborated with various skincare products.
