Aneesa Ferreira lost the Fire Escape task to Tula 'Big T' Fazakerley. Going into the elimination, it was evident that it would be 'the fight' of the season given how both agents had valid reasons for wanting a spot in the finals. Aneesa hadn't won a final, and Big T was short of the coveted gold skull and needed to prove to her partner Chris 'CT' Tamburello that she was more than her failures.

The task began with the majority cheering for Aneesa but when she couldn't shimmy her way down the pole while being loosely strapped to it, the focus shifted to how smoothly Big T was progressing. After a few hiccups, she got the technique right and then there was no stopping her. Unfortunately, Aneesa couldn't move beyond a few inches and struggled to maneuver her weight while Big T crossed the finish line.

'The Challenge': Will Aneesa Ferreira never be a finalist? Fans have an answer after she and Fessy Shafaat lose

'The Challenge' fans were disappointed to see Aneesa not score a much-deserved final but at the same time they pointed out that maybe she needed to train hard to achieve a certain level of fitness that's required to ace such tasks.

"But to be fair, as much as I like Aneesa, for a million dollars? I wouldn’t wanna be paired with her either so I can see why Kyle’s annoyed... that doesn’t mean he needs to be an ass tho #TheChallenge36," a fan commented, while another shared: "Aneesa is a layup and every season she chooses to NOT get in shape and then cries when she’s eliminated #TheChallenge36."

"Need to stop bringing Aneesa back ... guaranteed handicap for her partners. #TheChallenge36," one user expressed. "I love Aneesa so much and what she said is true, she paved the way. But it’s also an insult if she doesn’t care enough to train and there are people who dedicate their lives to this to win for their families and she’s too scared to go in against big t. #TheChallenge36," another tweeted.

"you see i would agree with aneesa if she actually tried because it’s true she did pave the way but you can’t just show up and not even train and still expect to go to the final #TheChallenge36," a fan shared, while another commented: "the thing is if aneesa actually did train for the show she could still potentially win, the girl can win eliminations, amazing at puzzles, great social game, she just has no endurance at all #TheChallenge36."
