MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA: In 'The Bachelorette' Season 21 Episode 2, tensions flared between Thomas Nguyen and Devin Strader. Before the cocktail party, Aaron Erb pulled Devin aside, expressing doubts about his suitability for Jenn.  "I see you as a bully," Aaron remarked, offering Devin a book on self-development and emotional intelligence that he had brought along for the journey.

Devin reacted negatively to what he perceived as a 'passive-aggressive' gesture. During the cocktail reception, he shocked everyone by pulling Jenn away right after the toast. Aaron was visibly upset again, but Thomas took the incident especially hard. He intervened by confronting Devin, leading to a heated argument that Jenn overheard, escalating tensions further.

Devin directed his attention towards Thomas. However, when Jenn discovered the root cause of the conflict, she didn't immediately align herself with the guys from the group date. Instead, she expressed frustration at feeling decisions were being made for her and stressed the importance of mutual respect among all parties involved.

“You guys are making decisions for me. You’re taking my independence out of it. We all just need to be respectful of each other," Jenn shared. Despite their efforts to resolve the issue, Thomas and Devin failed to resolve their discussion outside, leaving tensions high as the rose ceremony approached.

In the second episode of 'The Bachelorette' Season 21, three contestants were eliminated and sent back to the United States.

The unfortunate bachelors who were eliminated were Brian Autz, a 33-year-old aesthetics consultant from Boynton Beach, Florida, Jahaan Ansari, a 28-year-old startup founder from New York, New York, and Marvin Goodly, a 28-year-old luxury event planner from Santa Monica, California.

These three hopefuls did not receive a rose from The Bachelorette Jenn Tran and were sent home, ending their journey to find love on the reality dating show.
