Clare Crawley's 'Bachelorette' season is about to go on air. Even before it's release, Season 16 has managed to create a lot of hype and fans have been waiting with bated breath. For the first time in the show's history, the leading woman (Crawley) decided to stop filming for the season at the end of the first 12 days of shooting. Crawley fell in love with Dale Moss, one of her suitors on the show, and she was so sure about her choice that she didn't feel the need to continue interacting with the rest of the men who had come on the show to win her love. Here's all the information we have about Moss, who's rumored to have popped the question to Crawley after spending a couple of months off-camera with her after leaving the show.

First things first. Moss is believed to have received the first impression rose from Crawley. Twitter user Reality Steve confirmed the news while also rubbishing other claims that said Moss was eliminated on Night 1. "(SPOILER): Although early social media activity was leading people to believe he never made it on the show or was eliminated night 1, that was never the case. Dale Moss received Clare’s first impression rose," he wrote on Twitter. The first impression rose has been a long-time indicator of the one emerging as the winner of the show after winning the heart of the leading lady. Recent bachelorettes JoJo Fletcher, Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin becoming engaged to their first impression rose recipients, according to ET.

Dale is also known to be a family man. He grew up in a conservative community in Brandon, South Dakota, a place that didn't approve of his parent's interracial union. He did not have a smooth childhood but despite that, he is very close to his mother and three sisters. He stays closer to home after his mother was diagnosed with a liver ailment. Moss's profile on the global ambassador's page explains that his elder sister Amber's intellectual and physical disability led to him being involved with making Special Olympics his philanthropic endeavor.

His official website explains the sports and entertainment host has always aspired to be a prominent voice and a thought leader using his passion for storytelling to connect with fellow thought leaders. Apart from that, Moss actively follows his passion for modeling. He's been associated with a couple of brands including Hugo Boss, Grey Goose and John Varvatos. He also serves as an executive producer to provide creative direction to global brands such as Under Armour, Express, United Airlines, and media outlets such as Vayner Media and One37pm, according to TheCinemaholic.

His attractive physique also has a lot to do with his career as a professional football and basketball player. His sports career began after being honored with a scholarship at South Dakota State University. After playing football for only a year, the wide receiver signed as an undrafted free agent to the Green Bay Packers in 2012. The former NFL athlete has played on the practice teams of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Carolina Panthers and the Chicago Bears, according to his official website. He's also the host of a podcast called 'The Game Plan With Dale Moss' and also plays an anchor for PopStyle TV.

As far as his past dating history goes, most of the details are not publicly known apart from his long-term relationship with golfer Seema Sadekar. The relationship ended after he signed up for the show.

'The Bachelorette' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
