'The Bachelorette' might be over this week. But there's a reason why Tayshia was brought in to maneuver the rest of Season 16 in a forward direction when the show faced the threat of shutting down after the initial bachelorette, Clare Crawley, found her pick just a few days into filming. Tayshia came in after the former left and truly saved the day.

While doing so she was responsible for bringing in so much style, sophistication and an air of "you can't mess with me". Here's a round-up of all those instances where she was just plain badass and looked ready to conquer it all.

Canceling Rose Ceremony on Day 1

(ABC)

This was one of the very first instances where Tayshia showed that she has it in her to go through it all. She had been in the Bachelorette mansion for just a couple of minutes and met all of her suitors briefly after which host Chris Harrison came in to tell her that she needs to make a decision and eliminate some of the men who failed to strike a connection with her.

The men had just undergone a stressful week after all the Clare drama and were in no headspace to stomach being sent home. Tayshia respected that and decided to cancel it.

Eliminating men who she thought were challenging her integrity

(ABC)

Suitor Noah Erb took it upon him to be the number 1 snitch this season. On his one-on-one date with her, he said that some of the men believe that she gave out roses to a couple of them, just to start something and that she didn't really mean it from the heart. Upon hearing this, she addressed the group of men and said she'd be happy to send them home if her integrity was being questioned and shortly after eliminated a bunch of them, including Chasen for who she was developing feelings.

Putting an end to Noah and Bennett's drama

(ABC)

Both men were taking up too much time out of each other's schedule. None of them were focusing on Tayshia and after a point, it was all about this crazy high school feud between them. The rest of the suitors too were done with their mad display of power, anger and resentment towards each other. So it was Tayshia who took it upon her to put a stop to the nuisance.

She sat both of them down and after talking to both of them decided to eliminate Bennett after his condescending side came out during that interaction and she was just not having it. She sent him home right before the rose ceremony and all the men who were staying were required to have a rose. But Tayshia held off giving one to Noah that night because she held him equally responsible for all that drama that had ensued in the Bachelorette mansion, putting him in his place with that action.

Eliminating Bennett, allowing him back only to eliminate him again

(ABC)

Bennett couldn't believe he was sent back home and while the limo was driving him out of the Palm Springs resort where the season was being filmed, he had a realization. The next day he returned and snuck up on Tayshia, the shock of which was so much that she hit her elbow on the door to her suite. She then invited him inside where they spoke for a while but things became awkward after Bennett blurted out that he loved her.

She couldn't say much to that and couldn't decide if she'd like to keep him on the show. The next day she asked him to meet her at the rose ceremony and that's where she eliminated him, again. Fans loved to see it and called it one of her ultimate power moves. The first time he left wasn't at the rose ceremony, it was just her, Noah and him. But this time, he was ousted in front of the rest of the men and fans say this was exactly what he deserved for being so condescending.

Letting Ben Smith go

(ABC)

Tayshia wore her heart on her sleeve throughout this season and audiences loved her for that. She was very vocal about how much she liked Ben Smith. However, when he decided to hold off telling her that he loves her too even when they were in the final stages of the show where it was a make or break situation, she cut him loose.

Tayshia eliminated him saying she didn't want to spend any more time and energy that she already has spent to get things out of Ben. She gave him one more chance to say what he feels while walking him out, but even then he couldn't speak his heart, proving to her that she made the correct decision.

However, she also faced a lot of flak for sending him home because he had opened up about his mental health issues with her, telling her things that not even his family knew. Despite knowing the ire she'd invite, she decided to follow her instincts and that is commendable.

'The Bachelorette' finale will air on Monday, December 21, and Tuesday, December 22, on ABC.
