With Shanae finally gone, it seems as though Season 26 will now tone down on the drama. If you thought so, think again. While Shanae's shenanigans were at an all-time high, there is still some drama brewing among the woman.

Mara, who has yet to score a one-on-one date, was considerably upset when Sarah, the youngest of the group, managed to score a second solo date with Clayton. Seeing that Mara hasn't been able to get time with Clayton alone, she felt the need to speak her truth. However, it might not be what it seems.

After having to go on a group date, Mara thought she'd be the one to win, but ended up losing to Serene. At the group date dinner, she spoke to Clayton about how some women are not ready to be engaged, implying that it was Sarah. Mara felt as though she had the group date rose in the bag, but Clayton ended up giving it to Rachel, who admitted she was falling in love with her. Fans called Mara out on the statements she made.

"contestants. i mean this seriously. how many times has someone who's come to the lead and complained and shit-talked other women, actually won? do you think this is what he's looking for? jesus. #TheBachelor" tweeted a fan. "Mara just shot her self in the foot A way to a man's heart is not to diss another girl. If he wants that route, let him. If he is mentally prepared to mesh with you- he'll pick you. #TheBachelor" agreed another. "I knew it good for Rachel, Mara girl bye that malice talk never works #TheBachelor" tweeted a fan.

Mara's conversation with Clayton about some of the girls not being ready certainly didn't go down well with fans, as they called her out on making these assumptions. "Mara saying some of these girls aren't here for marriage because of "their age" Honey, they're the same age gap as you and Clayton so #TheBachelor #BachelorNation #bachelorabc" tweeted a fan. "Oh Mara, Mara, Mara, how can you make these statements so confidently?! How in the world do you know that these younger women don't want these things? Age ain't nothin' but a number ! Speak your truth but assumptions suck! YIKES! I can't! Not a fan! #Bachelor" agreed another. "Mara's making us early 30s girls look really bad rn  #TheBachelor" tweeted a fan. "Lmao Mara he just doesn't like you girl I'm sorry #TheBachelor #FillerGirl" said a fan.

When Clayton spoke to Sarah about the situation, she got emotional and opened up about how these assumptions were the exact opposite of what she'd shown him. She openly stated that she was ready to be engaged with him at the end and noted that she wouldn't be here if she didn't want that. Her admission certainly puts Mara in hot water over her claims.
