'The Bachelor' 2023: Gabi spirals into self-doubt as Zach remains undecided in the finale
KRABI, THAILAND: Gabi Elnicki becomes emotional and enraged in 'The Bachelor' finale sneak peek after Zach Shallcross admits he hasn't decided whom he'll choose. Gabi, who previously discussed her experience of always being chosen second, breaks down in the finale preview due to self-doubt.
Gabi reacts angrily to Zach confessing that he is still divided between her and Kaity Biggar in a preview for the forthcoming 'The Bachelor' Season 27 finale. Zach's final two women are Gabi and Kaity, after he eliminated Ariel Frenkel at the rose ceremony following fantasy suite week. Zach originally stated that he did not want to sleep with any of the three women that week, but he later changed his mind and was intimate with Gabi on their overnight date. While Kaity was surprised, she recognized the situation and accepted Zach's rose.

Gabi spirals into self-doubt as Zach remains confused about final decision
A preview clip shows Gabi and Zach on their final date of the season, where they appear to be still in Thailand. Sadly, Gabi's day does not finish well, as she is left furious. Zach tells Gabi about the difficulties of the upcoming week as the two stroll back to the shore after spending some time in the water. Zach expresses to Gabi that he is "torn" because this is the most important choice of his life. In addition, Zach admitted that he has no idea whether he will choose Gabi or Kaity, but is sure that the right thing will happen.
"For Zach and I, it's been a very natural progression," Gabi says in the teaser for the March 27 episode. "He gets me, and I think I get him. I do definitely have a lot of confidence in what a life could look like between the two of us."
That is, until Zach begins to open up to her on a Thai beach. "I'm nervous, to be completely honest," he confesses. "I know this is not what you want to hear, but I'm so torn. It's the biggest decision of my life, and I don't know full where I'm going to be in two days. But I feel so good that the right thing is gonna happen."
Gabi was obviously taken aback by Zach's comments on 'The Bachelor', which sent her into a tailspin of self-doubt. She was so upset that she had to excuse herself and move away from Zach because he had not yet decided what he was going to do. Gabi is especially hurt by the news, as she has been open about feeling second-best her entire existence. "I'm starting to really get in my head," she admits through tears in a confessional. "I was doing just fine until he was like, 'I have a very tough decision to make.' Well, make the f---ing decision." Gabi informed producers that Zach needed to make a choice because someone would be hurt at the conclusion of the journey regardless. Gabi also stated that if Zach genuinely knew how he felt about her, he would have expressed it by now.

Zach came under heat following fantasy suite week with Gabi
Zach faced backlash after his fantasy suite date with Gabi, despite earlier emphasizing that he only wanted to save such a special moment for the woman he eventually selects. Zach has only slept with Gabi, but it appears that he is not yet convinced she is the right lady for him. Gabi was also struggling with the demands of The Bachelor's fantasy suite week, and she confided in Zach about how the week had made her feel second-best. Zach quickly consoled Gabi and assured her that was not the case; however, in the preview footage, he does not appear to have a comparable response to Gabi's feelings.
'The Bachelor' Season 27 finale is scheduled to air on Monday, March 27, at 8/7c on ABC.
