KRABI, THAILAND: 'The Bachelor' fans have been pulling their hair for weeks after a preview from the show hinted that Zach Shallcross may have broken his "No sex" rule during Fantasy Suites week with Gabi Elnicki. But when he chose to share the intimate details with his other two suitresses, viewers took to social media to chastise the lead.

Jesse Palmer got down with Zach at the start of the March 20 episode to talk about how Zach is feeling during Fantasy Suite week. He brought up Zach's relationship with Rachel Recchia and how it broke apart this week. Zach stated that he discovered a lot about her "for the worst," and his emotions shattered. He also disclosed that he will not be having intercourse this week. Zach informed Jesse that he will not engage in physical activity with any of the ladies this week. Jesse was taken aback and cautioned Zach that he might be tempted, but Zach assured him that he was up for the task. Zach also stated that he does not believe it is good to begin a marriage by having physical interactions with other women.

Zach breaks his 'no sex' rule for Gabi

Gabi and Zach eventually meet on Thailand's shores. Zach disclosed that they were sailing to their own private island on a pirate ship. Gabi, according to Zach, made him feel wonderful. They leaped into their romance by jumping from a pirate ship. They arrived at the shore, and Gabi joked that she appeared "crusty."

Gabi confided in Zach about "feeling second." She admitted that she had been selected second in previous relationships and felt the same way after being the second Fantasy Suite. Gabi had to step away from Zach for a minute because she was overwhelmed with emotion. In a confessional, she admitted to feeling foolish and nervous. Zach finally approached her and tried to reassure her of their connection. He repeated that she was unique and that he felt a connection to her. Zach expressed regret that Gabi felt second best.

Gabi and Zach enjoy an intimate supper before heading to the Fantasy Suites. Zach checked in with Gabi, and she told him about her previous relationship. Zach sympathized with her because she was deceived and turned a blind eye. He was nervous, and Gabi informed him she was falling in love.

Gabi eventually confessed to Zach that she was in love. Zach blushed and requested a kiss. In a confessional, he stated that "all the pieces are coming together." Gabi discovered a letter from Jesse with a key to a Fantasy Suite after the tender moment.

Zach warned Gabi that this week could be eventful. He disclosed that his answer was to remove sex from the equation. Gabi was dissatisfied, but she respected Zach's choice. They chose to visit the Fantasy Suites anyway in order to spend more time together.

Gabi and Zach have made their way into the Fantasy Suite. Gabi noted how large the bed was and how there was "lots of room for activities" as soon as she walked in. Gabi and Zach's stay in the Fantasy Suite are coming to an end. They both awoke feeling fantastic, and Gabi admitted in an interview that she was feeling "confident." "We love a good cuddle sesh," she added.

Zach told Jesse that he had taken his friendship with Gabi to the next level. Despite his original intention to avoid intercourse, things altered when he spent the night with Gabi. He had promised Jesse that their time together would be "special," but he felt bad about not keeping his word. Jesse attempted to comfort Zach, telling him that intimacy was essential. Zach sobbed after confessing he had broken his promise to Jesse. He's ready to confront the consequences of his actions.

Calling Zach's decision going into this week bizarre, a viewer tweeted, "Zach’s decision to make this no sex rule when no one asked him to. Then tell Jesse and audience when no one asked him to. Then tell Katie when no one asked him too. All while Gabi was under the impression it was a private thing is so bizarre." Another viewer added, "As if I didn’t have the ick before, but Zach ignoring Gabi after SLEEPING with her is soooo icky." Further bashing Zach, a viewer wrote, "Zach… that’s not a choice you get to make on your own. Gabi has to consent to that information being told to other people as well." A fourth person added, "Zach making a no sex rule that absolutely nobody asked him to make, then immediately breaking THEN TELLING ALL OF AMERICA ABOUT GABI IN THE FANTASY SUITE."

One viewer accused Zach of disrespecting Gabi's boundaries, "I also think there is something to be said about the fact that these fantasy suites are supposed to be PRIVATE, OFF CAMERA for a reason. And Zach just went and blabbed about his date with Gabi disrespecting her boundaries, Kaity’s boundaries, and his own?" Bringing up his past stint on the ABC franchise, a fan wrote, "Zach wants to tell everyone that he slept with Gabi but still won’t tell us what happened with Rachel." Another person added, "I don’t love that Zach decided to tell the whole world he and Gabi had sex without discussing it with Gabi first." Questioning why the same honesty wasn't maintained for the other girls, a viewer wrote, "Wait, so Zach airs what happened in the fantasy suite with Gabi, but keeps what happened with Kaity a secret? And he doesn’t tell Gabi about what he did with Kaity? Why didn’t she deserve the same honesty? What a di*k move."
