Last week's episode of 'The 100' featured the prequel backdoor pilot 'Anaconda' which showed us what happened during the first nuclear apocalypse (also called Praimfaya) and how Bill Cadogan (John Pyper-Ferguson) led the Second Dawn followers to Bardo. We also saw how Cadogan's daughter, Calliope "Callie" Cadogan (Iola Evans) possibly led the revolt of half of the Second Dawn members to become who were potentially the ancestors to the Grounders.

This week, on the CW show, we go back to regular programming, so to say, as we explore what happens on Sanctum and Bardo. To recap, on Sanctum, after Emori's (Luisa D'Oliveira) failed reunification ceremony, the leader of the Eligius prisoners Nikki (Alaina Huffman) and the leader of the Children of Gabriel Nelson (Lee Majdoub) took over Sanctum with the stolen guns, while Sheidheda in Russell's body, Russheda (JR Bourne), pulled the strings from behind the curtains. This leads to Emori and the people of Sanctum being held by Sanctum.

The synopsis for this week's episode simply states, "Murphy and Indra must defuse a tense situation," with respect to what happens on Sanctum. John Murphy (Richard Harmon) and Indra (Adina Porter) have made a delightful pair this season and while the situation is quite precarious, we hope the duo are able to take back control of whatever is happening.

Meanwhile, in last week's episode when Clarke Griffin (Eliza Taylor) demands Cadogan to see her friends, we were all shocked when three of the Disciple soldiers walk forward and remove their helmets to reveal Octavia Blake (Marie Avgeropoulos), Echo (Tasya Teles), and Charmaine Diyoza (Ivana Milicevic) under them. There was also, of course, the noted absence of Hope Diyoza (Shelby Flannery).

It looks like this week's episode will reveal how they actually came to be a part of the Disciple army in the aftermath of Echo realizing that the Disciples were looking for soldiers to fight their "last war." The promo for this week's episode also shows the "crystal giants" that the Disciples had spoken of previously. We also see Echo shooting the others as Diyoza wakes up screaming. We are curious as to what this means for the rest of the season.

'The 100' airs on The CW on Wednesday nights at 8/7c and will be going on a midseason break after this week, with more episodes scheduled to return at a later date. Watch the promo for this week's episode below.
