Thai idol Mew Suppasit to appear on Asia Song Festival 2021 as special guest

Mew Suppasit joins the lineup at the 2021 Asia Song Festival, representing Thailand among other Asian guests

A lot of fans who started as lovers of K-pop have experienced the Hallyu taking over bit by bit as they began exploring Korean films, shows, culture, and food among other things. With the presence of other east Asian countries' artists in Korean bands, fans of K-pop and K-dramas were exposed to other cultures including Thai, Japanese, and Chinese.

Artists like Lisa and Bambam are among the many Thai idols who have helped expand the Thai market worldwide. With GOT7's Bambam hosting the 2021 Asia Song Festival, there is more room for interaction between him and the Thai guest on the line-up. Asia Song Festival announced their list of special guests that will appear at the 2021 event with guests from countries like China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and more.

Mew Suppasit joins the lineup for ASF 2021

Famous Thai actor and singer Mew Suppasit joins the line-up for the 2021 Asia Song Festival representing his music. Mew is a Thai actor, model, singer-songwriter, and the CEO of Mew Suppasit Studio. Mew is most well known for his role as Tharn in the Thai boy love (BL), a genre that explores gay romantic relationships titled 'TharnType: The Series.'

Other than being an actor, Mew is also getting popular for his music off lately. Mew Suppasit released his debut album  '365' in 2021, and which ranked at Number 3 on the Worldwide iTunes album chart. With this, he became the first Thai artist to have entered Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart, with five of his songs making it to the Top 10. Mew is now set to produce and star in the show 'The Ocean Eyes', Asia's first aquatic veterinary series - a joint venture between countries like Thailand, China, and the United States.

Mewlions are excited

Fans of Mew, known as Mewlions, are very excited to have Mew hopefully appear on stage so they can witness another interaction between Mew and Bambam, and who last interacted virtually on 'Simply K-pop Contour' in May of 2021, where Bambam hosted the Thailand event and spoke to Mew via VCR as Bambam talked about Mew's new music breaking many records.

Mew Suppasit recently release his first full-length album ‘365′ globally, and which made fans around the world excited for his breakout as a singer.

Fans of Mew chanted 'world domination' as news of Mew's appearance at the 2021 Asia Song Festival was announced. One fan said, "I BELIEVE IN MEW SUPPASIT WORLD DOMINATION." Another fan said, "Mew Suppasit really said world domination? Nah. More like UNIVERSE DOMINATION." One more fan added, "Yesterday Asia song festival and today a collaboration with HONNE?? PROUD OF MY MEWMEW. MEW SUPPASIT WORLD DOMINATION."

One fan said, "Thank you so much for your support so excited for this 9th October Mew Suppasit as representative of Thailand on Asia Song Festival 2021." Another fan said, "Mew Suppasit Thai artist is spreading his wing globally in music world!"
