'Asia Song Festival 2021': Release date, performances and all you need to know
As the year 2021 comes to an end, so do the year-end festivals start lining up. With the announcement of the Asian Music Awards, which will have an in-person celebration in December 2021, the lineup of Asia's greatest music festival '2021 Asia Song Festival' has been unveiled. The famous annual Asian pop music festival, which is held in South Korea since 2004 and hosted by Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE), has released its lineup, schedule, and list of featured guests from Asian countries.
The 2020 Asia Song Festival was hosted by NCT's Doyoung and CLC's Yeeun. The 2020 event saw K-pop acts like Kang Daniel, Red Velvet's Irene & Seulgi, Oh My Girl's YooA, the K-pop groups Momoland, Ateez, iKON, The Boyz, AB6IX, WEi, Everglow, Secret Number, GFriend, Oneus, UNVS, Astro's Moonbin & Sanha, and Wanna One's Ha Sungwoon. Among International acts that appeared on the show were artists from countries like Myanmar, India, China, Japan, Vietnam, and Thailand.

The MCs or Masters of Ceremony for the 2021 Asia Song Festival have been announced. GOT7's Bambam will host the 2021 'Asia Song Festival' He will be joined by former 2NE1 member, Sandra Park.
Date
The '2021 Asia Song Festival' will be a five-day-long event starting from Tuesday, October 5 to Saturday, October 9, 7 pm KST (6 am ET).
How to watch
The event will be broadcast live online through the 'Asia Song Festival' homepage, the 'Asia Song Festival' YouTube channel as well as partnered YouTube channels like The K-Pop, Naver Now as well as portals like V Live, Naver TV, and U+ Idol Live.

Schedule
Day 1:
ASF Racing Live Broadcast - Here fans will be able to experience the hot spot of Gyeongju, South Korea with an influencer. The live stream will be held on October 5 at 11 am KST (10 pm ET)
Day 2, 3, and 4:
ASF Busking - The second day will see busking performances by K-pop stars with Gyeongju's cultural assets in the background. The show will be broadcast from October 6 to October 8 at 7 pm KST (6 am ET) on each of the days
ASF Live Cooking Show - On the fourth day of the show, fans will get a live cooking class by a chef using Gyeongju’s special ingredients. The stream will be broadcast on October
ASF Forum - The fourth day of ASF 2021 will broadcast a live stream where the expert forum will share the know-how for the advancement of the Korean way and foster further exchange and co-operation in Asian pop culture. The event will be held on October 8, at 5 pm KST (4 am ET).
Day 5:
K-pop Star Date - The final day of the festival will begin with a racing-themed travel diary full of excitement where fans will be able to meet and enjoy with K-pop stars online on a virtual date. The event will be broadcast on October 9 at 2 pm KST (1 am ET)
ASF Main Stage - The main stage will see a musical festival with K-pop artists from all over Asia with a broadcast on October 9, 7 pm KST (6 am ET)
Lineup
The '2021 Asia Music Festival' will see K-pop acts such as NCT Dream, Brave Girls, BamBam, Pentagon, Everglow, AB6IX, Weekly, and Omega X for the main stage on October 9, which is the main event of the Asia Song Festival. To add to this varied list of acts, artists from various Asian countries will join in.
The festival will see Asian artists like Zheng Chuang, Yu ZijunX Zhang Ziwei from China, Nona Diamonds from the group AKB48 of Japan, Mew Suppasit from Thailand, Vanessa Reynolds of Malaysia, Annette Delicia of Indonesia, O2O Girl Band, and Super V from Vietnam.
The event will also see K-pop stars perform special stages in a place where you can feel the beautiful atmosphere of Gyeongju, South Korea.
