Netflix's latest drop is really refreshing, and it shows how Jodi (Ava Michelle) handles intrusive thoughts like anxiety. These issues aren't discussed often, especially given the fact that living with anxiety is a lifelong battle. Having said that, it makes life easier once we learn to take control of our minds.
