Suho confirms EXO comeback, fans rejoice: ‘The leader said it himself’

EXO's leader Suho has confirmed that the group will make a comeback and informed that he is also planning for his first solo comeback and new acting projects

It is just good news after good news in the EXO fandom. While all the members of the group are expanding their solo careers, they are also getting together for the third season of their much-loved reality show ‘EXO Ladder’. There were also rumors circulating that Chinese member Lay might join them in person this year. However, what everyone was waiting for was their comeback as it has been a while. EXO is currently going through their military era which is why their comebacks are infrequent or incomplete as members are completing their mandatory military service one at a time.

However, things are looking up as leader Suho was recently discharged from the military a day before Valentine’s Day which was enough of a gift for EXO-Ls (EXO’s fandom). He will also be joining the rest of the active members on their reality show ‘EXO Ladder’. Suho also revealed details of his and EXO’s future plans that have fans in a celebratory mood. On February 28, Suho had an interview with an Indonesian show.

Suho to have a solo comeback too

EXO’s leader was asked during the interview whether there was a group comeback or a solo album in the works. To which, Suho confirmed both. He shared, “Of course, [I'm] preparing an album with EXO members to meet fans.” Suho added that along with an EXO and a solo album, he was also thinking of taking on new challenges such as K-dramas and films. EXO-Ls are over the moon as we will be getting new projects from Suho and a group comeback too. Suho made his solo debut in March 2020 with 'Self-Portrait', two months before his military enlistment in May 2020.

Happy fans have been trending ‘EXO comeback’ ever since the interview was released. One EXO-L tweeted, “WAIT SO WE’LL GET SUHO SOLO ALBUM AND AN EXO ALBUM THIS YEAR!!!!” Another made a reaction meme, “Exols after suho’s return, suho ig/youtube live, exo ladder season three being confirmed by sm ent, exo comeback in the talks from suho, and a solo suho teaser.” Another EXO-L made a double reaction meme, “Exo comeback + exo’s ladder s3     without baekhyun, chanyeol,chen (lay?).”

One fan added, “THE LEADER SAID IT HIMSELF?!?!?!? EXO COMEBACK?!?!?” Another joked, “Is it that time of the year again where “EXO COMEBACK” trends every month?” One older-gen fan pointed out, “Exo comeback, blackpink comeback, bigbang comeback, red velvet comeback, damn hiatus siblings no more.” One made a reaction meme, “EXO Ladder S3 - EXO Comeback - KJM2.” Another EXO-L shared, “EXO COMEBACK FINALLY WE’RE EXCITED!!”
