'Stumptown' Episode 8 will not be aired this week, but here is when you can watch Dex and Grey return with 'The Other Woman'

The last we saw Dex and Grey, they were dating other people, and have been vehement in their denial about having feelings for each other.

'Stumptown', while primarily a show about a PTSD-ridden bisexual veteran solving cases as a Private Investigator, it is also about her personal life and the small family she has created with her best friend Grey (Jake Johnson) and younger brother Ansel (Cole Sibus). In the recent episodes of the ongoing Season 1, we have thankfully gotten to see a lot more of that aspect of the show, specifically focusing on Dex's (Cobie Smulders) potential romantic relationship with Grey.

The last we saw these two, they were dating other people, and have been vehement in their denial about having feelings for each other. However, we know that both Grey and Dex are worried about venturing into the unknown and potentially destroying what they have together now. They are clearly in love with each other and afraid to be the first one to say it out loud, and yet, they are focused on building the relationship they want with each other, with other people.

With the Thanksgiving episode that aired last week, this became abundantly clear, and while it may not be the healthiest way to go about it, jealousy may be the driving force that brings Grey and Dex together. Clearly seeing the other with a new significant other is not working out well for Grey or Dex, whose dynamic is being challenged. We also know that Ansel is far from a fan of these two dating other people, except maybe, he has a soft spot for Hoffman (Michael Ealy). We have nothing against Hoffman either, and we are all for him and Dex becoming friends, but dating Dex is not a good look for him.

We were definitely hoping to see Dex and Grey turning to each other with romantic expectations when the show returns with Season 1 Episode 8 titled 'The Other Woman', which, as per schedule should have aired on Wednesday, November 27, but because of a one-week bump will only be aired by ABC on Wednesday, December 4.
