'Sky Rojo' Full Cast List: Meet Lali Esposito, Veronica Sanchez and rest of the actors on Netflix's drama
'Sky Rojo' is an upcoming Spanish crime drama by the creators of 'Money Heist' — Alex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato. It's an exciting adventure, as most crime dramas are, and follows the lives of three prostitutes named Wendy, Coral and Gina who escape only to find themselves living every minute running from their pimp and his henchmen.
While the first season's eight episodes will release next month, reports indicate that a second season of the series has already been commissioned. Read on to see the cast bringing this dangerous chase to life.

Lali Esposito as Wendy
Esposito is known for her works in 'My Lovely Hope' (2015-2016), 'That's Not Cheating' (2016), 'Casi ángeles' (2007-2010) and 'Finderella' (2004). The actress is also a writer for the TV series 'Talento Fox' (2018) and a director for the short video 'Lali: Somos amantes' (2019).
In 2016, she was nominated for an Individual Award at the Seoul International Drama Awards for Best Actress in 'Esperanza mía' (2015). In 2019 she was nominated for a Talento at the PRODU Awards for Presentadora de TV for 'Talento Fox' and in 2017 she was nominated for a Silver Condor at the Argentinean Film Critics Association Awards for Best New Actress for 'Permitidos' (2016).
Veronica Sanchez as Coral
Sánchez is known for her works in 'Fat People' (2009), 'Sin identidad' (2014-2015), 'El Caso. Crónica de sucesos' (2016) and 'South from Granada' (2003). Her recent works include 'Tiempos de guerra' (2017), '14 de abril. La República' (2011-2019), 'The Pier' (2019-2020) and 'Hormigueddon' (2020). In 2010, Sánchez won a Award of the Spanish Actors Union for Film: Supporting Performance, Female for 'Gordos' (2009) and that same year she won a Antoñita Colomé Award for Best Female Performance for the same production.
Yany Prado as Gina
Prado is known for her works in 'Tres Milagros' (2018), 'La Reina Soy Yo' (2019) and 'The Two Lives of Estela Carrillo' (2017). Her other works include the TV seriees' 'La rosa de Guadalupe' (2010-2014) and 'Como dice el dicho' (2015).
Asier Etxeandia as Romeo
Etxeandia is known for his roles as Alberto Crespo in 'Pain and Glory' (2019), Raúl de la Riva in 'Velvet' (2014-2016), Julian in 'Ma Ma' (2015) and Novio in 'The Bride' (2015). His recent works include 'The (Silent) War' (2019), 'Velvet Colección' (2017-2019), 'La línea invisible' (2020) and 'Nadie muere en Ambrosía' (2020). The actor won a CinEuphoria Award in 2020 for Best Supporting Actor - International Competition for 'Dolor y gloria' (2019), and has won two Award of the Spanish Actors Union - one in 2016 for Television: Supporting Performance, Male for 'Velbet' (2013) and another in 2020 for Film: Supporting Performance, Male for 'Dolor y gloria' (2019).
Enric Auquer as Christian
Auquer is known for his roles as Kiko in 'Eye for an Eye' (2019), Gari in 'Vida Perfecta' (2019), and José Antonio Etxebarrieta in 'La línea invisible' (2020). His other works include 'Com si fos ahir' (2017-2019), and 'La filla d'algú' (2019). The actor has one release titled 'Sotry Man' in post-production. Auquer has a few accolades under his belt, all from last year.
In 2020, he won a Ondas Award for National Television: Best Actor for 'Vida perfecta' (2019), a Goya Award for Best New Actor for 'Quien a hierro mata', a Gaudí Award for Best Supporting Actor for 'Quien a hierro mata', two Feroz Awards - one for Best Supporting Actor in a Series for 'Vida perfecta' and another for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for 'Quien a hierro mata' - and lastley a CEC Award for Best New Actor for 'Quien a hierro mata'
Miguel Angel Silvestre as Moises
Silvestre is known for his roles as El Duque in 'Sin tetas no hay paraíso' (2008-2009), El Primero in 'Ferdinand' (2017), Lito Rodriguez in 'Sense 8' and Daniel in 'The Distance' (2006). His recent works include 'Velvet Colección' (2019), 'Hormigueddon' (2020), '30 Coins' (2020-2021) and 'Money Heist' (2021).
In 2016, the actor won a Student Jury Award for Best New Performer for 'La distancia' (2006) and in 2008 he won a Television Award for National Television: Best Acto for 'Sin tetas no hay paraíso' (2008). He also won a Silver Biznaga at the 2008 Málaga Spanish Film Festival for Zonacine - Best Actor for 'Zhao' (2008) and in 2019 he won an Ondas Award for National Television: Best Actor for 'En el corredor de la muerte' (2019).
The official synopsis reads, "From the creators of 'Money Heist' comes this new action-packed series complete with dark humor and adrenaline-filled moments. Coral, Wendy and Gina go on the run in search of freedom while being chased by Moisés and Christian, henchmen of Romeo, pimp and owner of Club Las Novias. Together, the women embark on a frenetic race during which they will have to face many dangers. Their only plan: to stay alive for five more minutes."
Catch 'Sky Rojo' on Friday, March 19, on Netflix. The first season contains eight approximately 25-minute episodes. A date announcement trailer was released and then later Netflix released a teaser for the upcoming season. You can watch both below.
