SASEUNGBONG-DO, SOUTH KOREA: Lee So-e is cute but shy. And because of her reserved personality, she is seen making almost no connection in 'Single's Inferno' Season 2. At the same time, Choi Jong-woo who seemed to be attractive at first struggled to make any connection in the inferno. Despite several heartbreaks, So-e and Jong-woo continuously made efforts to spark a connection with 'Single's Inferno' contestants. Seeing them try too hard, fans label both as 'desperate'.

It has been clear in 'Single's Inferno' Season 2 that it's not easy for those who do not know how to make a conversation to survive. So-e expressed her feeling to Jo Yoong-jae in Episode 4. But it seems Yoong-jae is not too much into her and needs some time to give thought to them being a match idea. While Jong-woo stated that he is having a "mental breakdown" because of not getting matched with anyone once again.

"i just hope soe stops chasing youngjae bc it seems like guy only looks at her as a little sister and only likes the attention girlie is giving to him." On the other hand, a few fans made joke of Jong-woo feeling that he had some connection with Shin Seul-ki. "jongwoo trying to convince everyone that him and seul ki made a real connection," tweeted a fan.

Another fan claimed, "Very apparent that soe and yoongjae are feeling each other I ship." Furthermore, a fan showed concern toward So-e, saying, "I feel really bad for Lee So E she keeps getting pushed to the back." Some think that So-e and Jong-woo might end up together as they have not found any connection yet. "SOE AND JONGWOO WOULD KINDA HIT IDK," tweeted a fan.
