LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The  Apple TV+ comedy-drama television series 'Shrinking' has been confirmed to be renewed for Season 2 after fans absolutely loved Harrison Ford and Jason Segel's screen presence on the show together. Season 1 of the dramedy hasn't been over yet, there are 2 more episodes remaining to be released. Despite being a new show, it is quite stupendous how fast 'Shrinking' got renewed for another installment.

'Shrinking' has become the number 1 attraction on Apple TV+ and has been considered certified fresh with 81% on Rotten Tomatoes. Created by Brett Goldstein, Bill Lawrence, and Jason Segel, the show revolves around the life of a grieving therapist (Jason Segel) who starts to break the rules and begins to tell his clients exactly what he thinks, steering them away from getting better.

'We can’t wait'

Lawrence and Goldstein are also the big brains behind the marvelous show 'Ted Lasso'. The duo has revealed that they have 3-season plans for 'Shrinking' and it will soon become a reality, as the head of programming at Apple TV+ shared this delightful news about renewing the series, "We have loved the engaging, touching and hilarious world of Shrinking since the beginning, and it has been wonderful to watch as audiences around the world continue to connect with these big-hearted characters. We can’t wait for viewers to experience what the cast and creative team have for season two," as per The Hollywood Reporter.  

'Please keep Harrison Ford doing that character as long as possible'

The news of 'Shrinking' getting renewed for Season 2 took the internet by storm and fans are delighted to see Harrison Ford's Dr Paul Rhoades once again. One user wrote, "Please keep Harrison Ford doing that character as long as possible. He is soooo damn good." A second user chimed in with, "Best news ever!
