Spoilers for 'SEAL Team' Season 5 Episode 1 'Trust, But Verify: Part 1'

'SEAL Team' Season 5 was off to a scintillating start and the appreciation flowed in generously on Twitter. Titled 'Trust, But Verify: Part 1' the episode sees the Bravo team pulled back into action in the middle of their downtime and air-dropped into North Korea under the pretext of a training mission. The actual gig sees them tasked to extract a weapons dealer, Kwan Jon-Wi (MJ Kang).

The episode ends on a challenging note for Jason Hayes and Co as a wrong move sees them get tangled in a transnational conflict. Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the season opener. "Definitely worth the wait! #SEALTeam@SEALTeamWriters bringing the goods!! #BestShowonTV #BravoTeam@SEALTeam_pplus I love the character dynamics!! The positive response continued. "Wow! What a great start to Season 5 of Seal Team. Can’t wait to see what else is in store for Season 5. Honestly best show on TV. #SEALTeam," a fan remarked. Fan theories weren't far behind. "So is distrust gonna be a theme this season?? #SEALTeam" asked one of the fans. This stems from the storyline where the unit is concerned about Ray (Neil Brown Jr) suffering from PTSD and is still part of the team.

"I was barely hanging on the whole episode Way to start off S5 with a bang!!!! I hope that Ray’s therapy really helps him find the peace he needs to keep operating #SEALTeam" a comment read. "Seriously!!!!!!!!! Of all the places to get trapped @SEALTeamWriters really know how to keep their fans Zen I need all the help I can get to make it to next Sunday #SEALTeam," a fan tweeted.
