TWICE 'Scientist': MV teaser drops on Momo's birthday, fans spot ‘10th member’

With only 3 days left for TWICE's 'Formula of Love' album, the K-pop girl group dropped a music video teaser of 'Scientist'

The release date of TWICE’s third Korean-language studio album is getting closer. ‘Formula of Love’ is set to be released on November 12 and so the K-pop group is dropping several teasers and concept images for the title track ‘Scientist’. They first announced the comeback in the most unique way by putting up a “coming soon” poster at the end of their music video of their first English song ‘The Feels’. They then announced that TWICE would indeed be dropping an album followed by a tour. This will be their first tour since the pandemic.

The girls are quite busy this year. After their Japanese album ‘Perfect World’, they are also dropping another Japanese single. While introducing ‘Formula of Love’, TWICE announced that they would also be releasing a festive Japanese single ‘Doughnut’. But while fans are happy about the OT9 K-pop comeback, they were quite disappointed about ‘Doughnut’ since it won’t include the ninth member, Jeongyeon, who is currently on a hiatus. However, we do get to see her and a surprising 10th member in the music video teaser of ‘Scientist’.

TWICE drops music video teaser of 'Scientist'

TWICE dropped the first music video teaser of ‘Scientist’ on November 9 which also happens to be Momo’s birthday. Fans and the members of TWICE all got to wish her while also hyping up the teaser. As hinted from the concept images and the title name, TWICE members turn into scientists who experiment on the formula of love. Well, in the fun and vibrant teaser, we also got to see a special appearance. The girls are seen playing with Boo who happens to be Momo’s puppy. She adopted the Norwich Terrier in 2020 and named him after the ‘Monsters Inc’ character. And fans joked that Boo is now the 10th member of TWICE.
