SBS 'Super Concert' 2021: Air date, where to stream and MC lineup of the K-pop event
The year-end K-pop shows are already beginning with events like MBC’s ‘World Is One’, ‘INK’, ‘Asia Song Festival’ and KBS’ ‘Online K-pop Compilation Concert’. Well, even SBS has hopped on to the network lineup with their ‘Super Concert’ in Daegu. Having launched in 2011, it has been held every year including 2020 despite the ongoing pandemic. With this, the K-pop concert has a star-studded lineup of performers even for the MCs.
It has been reported on October 28 that Ateez’s Yunho, Jeon Somi, and Oh My Girl’s YooA will be the MCs for SBS’ ‘Super Concert’ being held in Daegu. While the 2020 edition of the concert went virtual, this year’s concert will be a hybrid event. Those who are vaccinated and have a negative result can attend the concert in Daegu, while for those who can’t, the show will be live-streamed.

MC Lineup
SBS is going all out for the 2021 ‘Super Concert’ as they have roped in popular idols as their hosts. The MCs are Ateez’s Yunho, the soloist Jeon Somi and Oh My Girl’s YooA. Yunho is one of the mood-makers of his group and has often shown his interest in hosting and reporting. Somi on the other hand is preparing for the release of her first studio album ‘XOXO’. And Oh My Girl are set to have their first fan meeting on the UNIVERSE app.
The performer lineup includes second-gen acts like 2AM, B1A4 and soloist Ailee; third-gen stars like GOT7’s Bambam, Laboum, Oh My Girl, Jeon Somi, NCT 127 and Park Jihoon; fourth-gen groups like Ateez, TO1 and rookies like Cravity, Secret Number, P1Harmony, T1419, Purple Kiss, Epex and Just B.
