Who did Alison kiss?
In one of the flashbacks, we see Edwin and Gogo plan a drug deal which results in a fight with Edwin going on the rendezvous alone. Without Gogo, Edwin ends up performing a sexual act in order to acquire the drugs. Meanwhile, the teenagers mingle back at the motel. Olivia, a teen, is obviously envious of Alison and her confidence. She confronts Alison and informs her that she has observed her making advances towards other men. Alison acknowledges that she likes Tyler and Edwin equally. She discloses her weaknesses in an effort to make Olivia feel better by demonstrating that she is human. After seeing Edwin and kissing him, Alison goes to see Tyler and kisses him as well. Can this be the cause of her death? Only upcoming episodes of the series can unravel the truth.
Emily's obsession continues to grow
As the current timeline goes on, Emily's obsession with learning the truth about her sister's death grows stronger. Her partner Josh starts to sense something is awry as her behaviour gets unpredictable. Emily acknowledges that she is consumed by thoughts of her sister's death and that she is desperate to get the truth about what transpired that evening. She will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of things. Emily stalks Gogo and follows him to a restaurant due to her obsession. In an effort to win his trust and learn more about the circumstances leading up to Alison's death, she buys him a supper and tries to strike up a discussion with him. Emily tries to connect with Gogo, but he seems uncomfortable and unresponsive, making it awkward and ultimately ineffective.
Unfazed, Emily confides in her friend Sunita about her meeting with Gogo at the restaurant, telling her the whole truth. Together, they come up with a strategy to become friends with Gogo and win his confidence in order to eventually learn the truth. Gogo's flat is located by Emily and Sunita, who yell out his name from a distance. The Faraway Cay witch appears in Gogo's nightmares that night as a result of his fear at the sight of two strangers approaching him in the dark.
