Riley Keough set to play flirty farm girl on 'Riverdale' season 3

Riley Keough had earned a Golden Globe nomination for playing the role of a call girl, Christine, on the first season of the Starz anthology drama just last year.

There's a new flirt machine in the town of Riverdale, and it could put all hardcore 'Bughead' and 'Varchie' shippers in major trouble. Why? Simple. Riley Keough of 'The Girlfriend Experience' has been signed aboard to join the cast of the CW drama, 'Riverdale's upcoming season 3, and she's going to play an 'all American farm girl' who will potentially end up turning both Archie and Jughead's heads after offering them a simple favor.

The Vulture broke the news of Keough joining the gang as Laurie Lake, who will at one point of the show, take Archi and Jughead in one night when the two boys are in need of shelter. The three will share a “warm and possibly flirtatious" vibe that will eventually end up with Archie and Jughead getting involved in “more danger than they could have imagined.” How classic 'Riverdale'!
